It's Been a While!

I realize that it's been a while since I posted anything on here. However, I still love photography and fashion! So I'm going to put up pictures of my latest photoshoot projects for documenting purposes and for anyone still interested in this blog. Designing fantasy photoshoots is a serious passion of mine, mainly because it gives me a chance to create something beautiful and something that reflects my soul. When I create different characters, I am showing different facets of my personality. So far since I've moved to Arkansas 4 years ago, I've done a fun park shoot, an antique vintage shoot, a shoot at the Crystal Bridges Museum, a shoot on this awesome train with a vintage romantic feel, and this wonderful photoshoot with this big gold ballgown that I designed to look like a fairy queen dress. Also, I did a steampunk shoot. That was by far the one that took the longest and had the most thought, time, and money put into it. My techniques have evolved so much that I now do sketches of the outfits I want to do, plan a theme, write up a backstory if possible, and spend long hours searching for the right accessories and hand sewing different aspects of the costumes. I also have received help from friends, on the design side and the photography side. All of these photoshoots I've done with my good friend, Autumn. She is extremely artistic and when we get together, great things happen. I'm so overjoyed to have been able to have these experiences with her.
